8. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities collected. At this time, there is no uniform standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals. Therefore, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard requiring such responses is implemented, we will update this notice.

9. DO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?

In short: Yes — if you are a California resident, you may be granted specific rights regarding access to and disclosure of your personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
Under California law, you may request, free of charge, once a year, information about the categories of personal information we collected about you and whether we sold or disclosed that information to third parties for direct marketing.
